Vacation is good, especially for long term employees.

  • Sep 15, 2014
Current Audit Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah

Paid parental time off of two weeks is a great perk, as is the $5,000 CPA bonus. Starting base pay could improve.

  • Sep 26, 2014
Current Sr. Associate in Houston, Texas

Benefits aren't great compared to industry positions. health insurance is expensive, 401K is only matched 50 cents to the dollar and bonuses are pretty small

  • Sep 23, 2014
    Current Manager in Chicago, Illinois

    Vacation good, 401K is poor

  • Sep 8, 2014
Current Employee in San Antonio, Texas

Great vacation package, okay match, but it is great to have a pension on top of it.

  • Sep 17, 2014
    Current Associate in Atlanta, Georgia

Average, could be better, could be worse. It's a nice thought to have PTO, however, you most likely won't get to take it.

It is a very comprehensive and generous benefits package
They offer a pension after three years of service
