    Love the paid time off to work on comunity service projects, it is called volunteer release time (VTR). KPMG cares about the place where it does business.

    KPMG benefits are OK but they won't blow you away, not a market leader, laggard compared to who they complete with.. Always playing catch-up. Very long vesting period, 401K vesting doesn't begin until after 2 years and takes 6 years to be fully vested. Poor bonus structure and performance evaluation process compared to previous employers
