    Great 401k matching (50%), very flexible and reasonably generous paid time off (sick/vacation wrapped into one), and great insurance options. Annual variable compensation is also quite nice! There are a lot of things to like about the extras beyond salary and work satisfaction.

    The best thing about KPMG benefits is its health benefits package, maternity leave package and 401(k) plan.

    401K is a good match and they place a large sum instantly into your retirement account. Signing bonus was very fair.

    Percent match on 401k. 5 weeks paid vacation. Percent discount at some gyms and hotels.

    401k matching could be better and insurance beyond standard medical (e.g., Dental, vision) doesn't seem to be a subsidized rate.
