    Benefits are wonderful. Sometimes in the administration world it is hard to get promoted but they make the pay range very reasonable and variable compensation each year is generous.

    Poor compensation for industry, but maternity/paternity leave is great for parents! No recognition of MBAs (no bonus, etc.), while CPAs and PMPs are well recognized.
