Great 401K plan and 5 weeks paid vacation

The Salary is close to market level.

  • Dec 28, 2014
Current Senior Associate in Chicago, Illinois

I love having 5 weeks of paid time off.

KPMG benefits are OK but they won't blow you away, not a market leader, laggard compared to who they complete with.. Always playing catch-up. Very long vesting period, 401K vesting doesn't begin until after 2 years and takes 6 years to be fully vested. Poor bonus structure and performance evaluation process compared to previous employers

High dental plan rates. HSA and FSA available. Good coverage.

The benefits are comparable to other companies. Standard 401k matching. The health insurance package is standard and probably remains mostly unused since the average employee is under 30.

401K is under 3% total. Healthcare seems bare minimum and only has a couple reasonable options. But they do offer a wide range of options for everything from legal to childcare.

comprehensive benefit. coverage is okay but not the greatest

  • Dec 6, 2014
Current Employee in Washington, District of Columbia

Similar to big 4 accounting firms

  • Dec 19, 2014
Current Associate in New York, New York State

401K matches $0.50 on the dollar up to %5.0. Fairly standard for BIg 4 but not good across industry. Only about 4 options in health care plans. If you're young you hopefully don't need much, but by other standards the Big 4 are known for their pitiful benefit offerings.
