    The best part of the benefits package is the 401k match (2-to-1 up to 4%) and the profit-sharing contribution.

    Very good and nice as a first job although I have been told by some that the health benefits aren’t that great but they work fine for me.

    Very competitive overall package. Additional benefits such as purchasing shares are based on performance. Ownership is available to all employees, but not guaranteed. All owners must be active, current employees.

    I don't care the High Deductible type medical coverage. If you don't have major medical expenses it can feel like you do not have insurance.
