This isn't a medical benefit or anything that gets deducted from your paycheck. Landry's gives you up to 50% discount on all its restaurant purchases and also up to 35 percent on retail purchases at the gift shops if you are a corporate employee. I think every employee gets the same benefits though. I don't remember but it was nice to dine in fine restaurants for half the price.

Super expensive insurance package. Keeps going up yearly. Higher copay a, deductibles, etc than comparable packages offered from different corporations. This year they only gave us 3 days to decide if we wanted to sign up for insurance or not. Dental is extra, and has the lowest yearly maximum I have ever seen. Vision and short term disability also extra. You do get a free life insurance policy IF you sign up for insurance through them. 401k offered but I haven't been able to find any information on how much the company contributes. Have to pay every paycheck for the employee discount program.

Company does not have a 401k matching. They contribute on average 4% of the amount you put into your 401k. Ex: you put in $10,000 in your 401k, they put in a grand total of $400.
Hard to work for a million dollar company that does not reward employees with a better 401k plan.
