    100% for 401K upto a limit along with a considerably good HSA. Ample Paid Time Off, which grows (faster, than most other companies) with the time you stay with the company

    The best thing about the company benefits is the 401K match. Even thought the retirement plan is being retired, LN made it attractive to move everything to the 401K plan. The worst thing about the company benefits is the high deductible medical plan they are promoting. It became so high and expensive that we moved to my wife's company's health insurance plan.

    Lack of, and cost of, health care options in comparison to other tech companies. Employees only get to choose between two high deductible spending type options, and they charge you a surcharge on top of the fee for SO coverage!
