The PTO, 401k, and medical coverage are great! The overall benefits package is very generous.

Limited healthcare choices with United Healthcare. Some positions allowing working remotely (depending on manager), The on-site cafe is hosted by Sodexo. Besides, that the benefits may be industry standard.

You start out with a decent amount of paid time off.

Time off is not classified as sick leave or vacation time, or purchased vacation time, or personal days for exempt workers. Instead, it is called PTO - paid time off, and all leave is classified as a single type. This is much less cumbersome, and it makes it much easier to just take off instead of feeling like an explanation is needed in the event of sick leave. That the company offers purchased vacation time has been a plus for me.

  • Sep 4, 2014

The best thing is they will pay for your schooling as long as its related to a LexisNexis job. Like you couldn't have them pay for culinary classes.

Former National Account Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Great insurance, great salary. Poor commission structure.
