    Good - Standard package, what you would expect in coverage for family and cost.

    Poor - 1. No vacation for one year then two weeks for every level of employee, yet they have sick days. Very outdated HR. 2. Waiting period for start of health insurance excessive for executive level.

    Offers insurance thru BCBS, also dental and optical plan, life insurance, short and long term disability. Also, holiday pay for 5 days, 10 days sick pay and up to 21 days vacation pay. All in all, after 10 years there, I am paid for a total of about a month's worth of free days a year, or more. Also offer tuition reimbursement (with requirements).

    Only 10 days of vacation after 1st year there until 5th year, then 15 days after 5 years, and 20 days off after 10 years. Many other places offer 21 days of vacation per year. No 401(K) matching. Health benefits are ok, not the best. CEUs and licensing reimbursement are offered.

    That they have one? To be honest, I found the benefits package almost insulting as a professional working in an organization that was supposed to be a 'leader' in the industry. You have to work 3 months for a day of sick time, to enroll in health, vision or dental, work 6 months before enrolling in 401K, and a full year before getting a day of vacation time. No paid holidays off.
