    Great 401k match and profit sharing. 10% overall contribution from Lincoln. Also, very competitive salary and bonus structure.

    I was an intern, so this was not a full time job. Benefits are not for inerns, so I am just trying to get the 20 word minimum right now

    401k match is nice, health insurance is not good - switching to all high deductible plans.

    Best thing - 401k plan includes a "free" match of 4% regardless if you contribute or not.

    They match 401K contributions up to 6% and that's on top of a core 4% that they automatically put in, whether you contribute or not. If you're a father, you get 3 weeks paid paternity leave, which is fairly unheard of. The one thing that is sliding is the healthcare package, due to the increasing costs placed on employers from Obamacare. They will subsidize certain things such as a paid gym membership or weight control programs like Weight Watchers. There is also an onsite gym that costs $15 a month to utilize.Everyone is eventually being placed on an HSA-type package. You automatically start with 3 weeks, 2 days worth of PTO from day 1 and when you hit your 5-year mark you get another full week of PTO added to that.
