Three weeks of vacation at five years of employment. Holiday and sick pay. The list keeps going with educational incentives multi corporation discounts.

    Great Benefits for full time employees. 401k matching dollar for dollar up to 3% anything above 3% they will still match( 4%- 3.5% , 5%-4% , 6%-4.5%, 7% or more-4.5%) match.

    At Lowe's they have a decent benefits package. Could be better but acceptable for the industry. Premiums didn't increase much year over year.

    the upside of working at Lowes is that even pt employees can get some benefits... as long as they didnt hire in as seasonal, which is exempt... the downside is that the benefits do not really cover much. and they dont meet the affordable care criteria...
