Lowe's offers a very good benefit package to both its regular full-time and part-time employees.
One great benefit afforded to Full-Time Employees is the Accolade Health Advocate. This individual acts as a concierge between the Employee and the Benefit company. They often handle billing disputes, coordination of benefits, and helping employees find the right care they need.

I once had a problem with being over billed by a provider. Not only did Accolade step in to correct the issue, they called back the next month to ensure I didn't experience the same problem again! I was stunned! This was superb customer service!

Additionally, Lowe's has partnered with Cleveland Clinic to provide certain Heart procedures free of charge to employees. You heard me right: FREE. If you're deemed healthy enough for travel, they'll pay for you and a spouse/loved one to travel to Cleveland ... and pay for ALL expenses related to the procedure surgery. No gimmicks. No Co-Pay. No Deductible. 100%. Paid in full. What a benefit!

Plus: they offer the same benefit for joint replacement! WOW!

There can be little doubt as to why the slogan at Lowe's is "Never Stop Improving!"

Unfortunately, the health insurance prices went up again. The amount of vacation time is proportionate to how long you've worked there/how many hours a week you put in. Part timers get about 4hrs/day for vacation and full time gets 8hr/day for vacation. The vacation time does NOT roll over, so you have to use it or lose it. Holiday pay that is not used is paid out at the end of the fiscal year, which is nice. There are some holidays that are "floater" holidays that you get paid for whether you work it or not. As for the 401k, Lowe's has company matching up to 6% of your contributions. This makes adding to the 401k wonderfully easy.
