    Above average 401k with a bump depending on years of service. Health plan is only high deductible. Plenty of vacation.

    Lots of benefits, stock options, 401k, vested in the company, however you either have to be at the company for at least 1 year to get stock buy back and 401k matching. To get the really good benefits, you need to reach VP.
