MarketStar has some of the best health benefit plans available for low cost. Generous amount of PTO and perks!

Because MarketStar is part of Omnicom Group of Companies, they are able to provide a top notch health insurance program. I've worked for a few global organizations and the health insurance offered with MarketStar is one of the best.

I think the medical benefits are good to decent

    Compensation is poor at best.

Time off is okay but you are unable to roll over unused hours from one year to another.

Each year it is getting more and more expensive. At this rate it will be just another HMO

Omnicom sets benefit package. below average at best.

Current Senior Manager in Ogden, Utah

MarketStar is part of Omnicom Group, a Fortune 100 company. So they are able to provide excellent insurance, which is often better than the companies they represent. The downside is having to wait 90 days before it kicks in. They provide 401K with matching after 1 year of service. Time off (combined with vacation) days depends on the project, but typically if you are full time, you accrue 18 days per year. Other perks are minimal.

Great 401K package includes matching and vested after 3 years. Health Insurance is pricey but the policy is good, I dont like that I have to pay additional $100 a month if my spouse is offered insurance through their company and I choose to use my insurance to cover my spouse.

I was a contract employee, there was no benefit package and none was expected.
