Former Front Office Supervisor in Washington, District of Columbia

Marriott pays the bulk of the medical insurance cost but I still couldn't afford the co-payments on my hourly supervisor wage.

Former Account Executive in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Good benefits - easy HR center to assist you with questions as well. The 401K is strong. The health insurance is good and has gotten better since I started working with the company three years ago.

Former Operations Supervisor in Alpharetta, Georgia

Great benefits program for long term employees

  • Aug 26, 2014
Former Reservation Specialist in Cleveland, Ohio

They had great corporate benefits for full time employee's including 401K. Their vacation pay was also satisfactory.

  • Aug 25, 2014
    Current Employee in Farmington, Connecticut

The offer a retirement plan which is pretty good. They don't pay for maternity leave unless you have vacation accumulated and they allow you to use it.

Former Front Desk Associate in Milford, Connecticut

Best thing, about $3 a month for eye care
Worst thing, everything else. Their benefits will swallow your check and you will have very little left to live on. This is for a franchised Marriott mind you.

  • Aug 21, 2014
    Current Bartender in Burlingame, California

best thing about the benefits package is my huge discount for when i do plan on staying at another Marriott for vacation. I did the math and my calculations gave me an average discount of 60-65% off the current price of a room

  • Aug 18, 2014

Great benefits.Definitely the best benefit packages of any company I've ever worked for.

Paid time off is earned as you go but expires within a years time.
