Company sponsor a portion of the HSA if high deductible health plan is chosen. Company also provide supplement in dependent care FSA if child under under 6 years old. 401K matching is above industry standard.

Pros: Modern benefits offered, many optional (supplemental AD&D, dental, and vision insurance).
Cons: No retirement plan, just 401K and a performance bonus structure that is heavily skewed to your manager forced ranking (i.e. if you are given an "exceeds expectations" performance assessment and therefore a larger bonus, a team colleague necessarily must get a reduced performance assessment and therefore a smaller or no bonus).

You start with 3 weeks, they offer flex schedules, premiums are still average for health, etc.

Good 401k match, nice that bonuses get paid at all levels. Vacation days similar to most other companies. Benefit premiums moderate.

Benefits are above average. Evidently they use to be amazing. 401k match is 125% up to 6% of your salary which is pretty impressive. Healthcare is pretty good although it is getting worse thanks to Obamacare but im sure that is not limited to just MasterCard. Starting time off is 4 weeks which is also well above standard.

Although the cost of health premiums continues to rise they do offer additional benefit or discount incentives. Legal coverage, college coaching for dependents, discount programs, long term disability, etc.
