get full coverage for self, spouse, or family; it is competitive and includes doable deductible. HSA. retirement. expense reimbursement.

Health care is very affordable. Have a hard time meeting the 30 hours a week requirement but this is not Maxim's fault.

You can lose your benefits too easily. If you are unable to maintain a certain number of hours to qualify for benefits. A patient may get sick go into the hospital and company has no other patients available for you to work with to maintain those hours. You are screwed, No more benefits! then you might have to wait a couple of month to re enroll.

don't get me wrong, maxim has a decent list of benefits, but the catch is that you need to work a minimum of 35 hours a week. as an employee here, i feel this is unfair because i have not yet had a week where i worked more than 30 hours. i have worked here for a year now. i feel they are deliberately keeping my hours far below the minimum to prevent giving me benefits.

They offer health insurance but its very expensive. No PTO. You get a small gift at Christmas such as a small blanket with company logo or a coffee mug.Get time and a half if you work a holiday (which is optional)
