    The best part of the benefits is the paid sabbatical (1 month) for every 10 years of service. That's unique - no one I've known get that benefit.
    The worst part is that the pay is usually below the industry standard. But, it depends on what you're looking for - experience or pay.

    There are the basic little perks like a free meal per day, and employee discount if you dine in. 1 week pd vacation after employed for 5 yrs. 2 weeks pd vacation after 15 yrs. they do try to give you advanced notice days off for family/personal days off. As far as heath type plans I do not know of any through our McD's.

    No time and a half on any holiday, no sick days, barely any health benefits, no maturninity pay, and the free food gives you cancer.
