    The best thing about this package was the paid vacation time. The worst thing was the insurance.

    You don't get too many benefits being that you are working in fast food however you do get free food and employee discounts

    The benefit plan here was not a very good one. Options were available but they were too expensive for anyone who was working here to afford. Definitely need to spruce it up.

    The only benefits I've implicitly used has been the 50% off food(excluding dollar money and cookies). Been told of nothing else.

    The best thing is once you get to a certain level of management you become part of the staff, so you would be getting the same benefits as someone who works in a corporate office. You get the basics like health, vision, and dental. The 401k matches your contributions at high levels too. If you are an Area Supervisor you get a company car, which is awesome because you are reimbursed for your gas mileage even if you use your vehicle outside of work. Lots of help is offered for other things too, such as tuition reimbursement and help with getting an auto loan. Discounts at countless businesses as well. The worst thing is that the health insurance was cut for crew in 2014, and that really upset a lot of people I worked with. I wish they would work more on the benefits for everyone no matter the level in the company.

    When the financial performance is disappointing, one of the first things they do is restructure the benefits package. My benefits level lost all stock options, and stocks as bonus. Instead they reduced by health benefits cost by 20%. Thanks folks, but the difference on my W-2 was tremendous. Therefore, my yearly income was reduce by about 15%.
