    The Best thing is They will Help you with whatever you need, food assistance,clothing assistance,rent assistance. The worst thing is the hourly pay is not enough to afford there health benefits

    There are the basic little perks like a free meal per day, and employee discount if you dine in. 1 week pd vacation after employed for 5 yrs. 2 weeks pd vacation after 15 yrs. they do try to give you advanced notice days off for family/personal days off. As far as heath type plans I do not know of any through our McD's.
