    The beast benefits are summer hours and lots of social events. There was also lots of professional development opportunities but staffing was always so thin that it was difficult to make the time to take advantage.

    The best thing is getting discount over your orders. McDonalds isn't cheap anymore and it cost a lot of money to order and getting the discounts on your order is a plus. Plus they give you coupons which is great to shares with your family.

    The sabbatical program is amazing -- every full-time employee gets a paid 8 week sabbatical every 10 years! (That is on top of your vacation.)
    I do wish the paid maternity leave was a little longer -- we get 6 weeks paid but would be nice to see that plus-ed up.

    Vacation, Health Insurance, and paid time off are only given once you're a manager, however Crew member and Crew trainers are given 401k plans if wanted. Some stores reward their employees with a discoint benefits to show their appreciation to hard working employees.

    You have to average full time hours to get health insurance and if you do you have to pay way to much for it.
