Current Project Manager in Oak Brook, Illinois

Health care benefits were great until ACA. Now more of the costs have shifted to the employee. Costs have increased and coverage decreased.

Former Communications Manager in Los Angeles, California

The company gave absolutely no time off. No work life balance

Former Crew Trainer in Richmond, Virginia

It wasn't really unexpected, but seriously, benefits didn't exist for me. I made minimum wage, no healthcare, no nothing. I was always almost full-time (39 out of 40 hrs) so I never was able to qualify for benefits.

I don't receive any perks, I work part time. I can ask off whenever I want, but there isn't any packages otherwise.

few benefits for employees, low wages, do not offer health insurance

The best thing is that you are allowed a free lunch every time you are on shift. Another plus is you can use your half off once a day whether you worked that day or not. The downside is that at my store you can only get half off up to $15.

Working part time doesn't really get you many benefits. Just discounts, free food, event participation, games. Etc.

  • Apr 17, 2015
Former Crew Member in Smiths Grove, Kentucky

There truly wasn't any time off and they never gave you the days off you needed. you only got paid vacation after a year and they never offered an other type of benefits, which sucks.

The company provided the employees with uniform and gave a free meal when you had break and an employee discount when not working
