Having a company car is such a great benefit. I can't remember I had to worry about maintenance or car insurance.

Every 10 years you get a sabbatical, or 8 straight weeks of paid vacation in addition to your annual PTO

I worked for a corporate store, most McDonald's are franchised owned so I can't speak to those benefits. But working for a corporate store the benefits were pretty good. The insurance plans were good and McDonald's paid for most of the coverage. The 401k was pretty good and McDonald's contributed a lot to my 401k. So the benefits package was pretty good, but the base pay is not good and they don't want to promote people.

Well at least you get quarterly coupons for food high than your hourly pay rate
