The sabbatical program is amazing -- every full-time employee gets a paid 8 week sabbatical every 10 years! (That is on top of your vacation.)
I do wish the paid maternity leave was a little longer -- we get 6 weeks paid but would be nice to see that plus-ed up.

There are no benefits other than a pay check. No medical, no dental, no life insurance, no mileage reimbursement. The only thing they do for you is provide you with a uniform, shoes, hat and a job as long as you can keep it.

Only benefit for part-time employees is a 50% meal discount, which sounds awesome, but has such severe limitations that there's no way to use it without the managers breaking the rules. This may just be for our franchise, but we're not technically allowed to use our discount on food that isn't for us to eat right then; we can only use it once a day, on a day that we're working; we have a limit of $5 before our discount is used, but we're not allowed to get a happy meal or dollar menu items. The managers at my restaurant let us get anything besides happy meals as long as we stay under $7, because otherwise we wouldn't really be able to get anything.

Then they took away our discount because the restaurant is losing too much money.

The best thing about this package was the paid vacation time. The worst thing was the insurance.

You don't get too many benefits being that you are working in fast food however you do get free food and employee discounts

The benefit plan here was not a very good one. Options were available but they were too expensive for anyone who was working here to afford. Definitely need to spruce it up.

The only benefits I've implicitly used has been the 50% off food(excluding dollar money and cookies). Been told of nothing else.
