Employee Comments

  • Oct 24, 2014
Former Employee in New York, New York State

Good 401K matching program after six months employment. Time off is reasonable and comparable to other public accounting companies in the area.

  • Nov 11, 2014
Former Assurance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts

Vacation and paid holidays, but low pay.

  • Oct 23, 2014
    Former Employee in Baltimore, Maryland

Health insurance and a 401k that you get automatically enrolled in. They will also pay for your CPA study material.

  • Sep 30, 2014
Former Audit Associate in Orlando, Florida

The found out that you get 4 weeks off.

  • Sep 12, 2014
Current Assurance Senior Associate in Atlanta, Georgia

401(k) plan investment options, length of time to vest, and low matching rates make it a much less competitive retirement package than most other employers in the area.

  • Aug 18, 2014
Current Employee in New York, New York State

They have a good health insurance program.

  • Aug 15, 2014
    Current Employee in Chicago, Illinois

Medical benefits are the worst. No choice of medical without deductible and premiums are over $300 a month

  • Aug 14, 2014
Former Tax Senior Associate in Charlestown, Massachusetts

All benefits were offered, but the system used to select benefits was overly complicated and the health insurance was very expensive for a high deductible health plan.

  • Aug 7, 2014
    Current Employee in Chicago, Illinois

Work life balance is decent, more flexibility than Big Four. 401k matching is average. Not much differentiation across other large accounting firms.

  • Aug 6, 2014
    Current Employee in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Flex time is great, benefit cost seem higher than others.
