The 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Program is great. The benefits are the best yet. My whole family of 4 are covered for $75 a check for health dental and vision. Mckesson really strives to be the healthiest health care company there is. Paid time of is great too. I get a little ove a month of PTO a year not counting company holidays.

Great benefits and great opportunities to advance and also lots of locations for possible relocation

  • Dec 15, 2014

Loved the McKesson benefits because they are comprehensive

  • Dec 18, 2014

Best - paid time off and flex time. Worst - insurance is terrible

There are no perks, standard benefits and vacation time. Health insurance is expensive and comes with a high deductible.

Great benefits, company contributes a fair amount into 401K.

received benefits from day one of employment on the job training was fast working environment was totally micro managed unlike how described at the interview manager totally misrepresented herself free parking at the site near restaurants coworkers are friendly no ice machine in the kitchen very clean restrooms multiple elevators always work never have to walk the stairs unless you choose too

The best the about the benefits are that you are offered many different types of medical coverage to choose from on different levels of coverage and costs. You are also given the opportunity to help lower the costs on a wellness program. 2 weeks off paid and 5 sick days paid.

The medical insurance is decent and has a nice array of options.

Good insurance and great investment options with 401K/match and ESOP programs. Only drawback is match is in company stock and does not allow you to diversify it. (This could have changed). This restriction does not lend itself to a diversified investment plan for long-term employment.
