    Very generous medical and dental plan (mostly paid by company) and also a profit sharing plan in addition to the 401k.

    Health insurance is not great. It is acceptable but with higher co-pay and deductible than one would expect at such a company. The vacation program that lets you take unpaid leave is fantastic.

    Best things are travel points and status, expense policy, paid job search time, 12% profit sharing 401k contribution and sub-$1k maximum healthcare spend insurance. Can't think of any negatives.
