    The worst thing about MedAssets benefit package was no tuition reimbursement. This may have changed however, since I was at MedAssets.

    Good PTO policy. Health benefits are HSA only, dental/vision plan is standard. 401k matches 50% up to 3%. Bonus and compensation are below industry average.

    17 days of pto. it goes up form there based on the amount of years you have with the company. $4000 deductible if you have a family. company contributes to HSA. if you're consulting, they have a 1-1 match on all food (no per diem) so you eat very well. Retirement is 50% match up to 3% salary.

    5 days PTO for volunteer work. You may get PTO however you never get a real break because you get emails and calls when you take time off, after hours, weekends and stat holidays.
