The best thing about the benefits is that they offer just about every benefit to cover the entire family that you can imagine, medical insurance, life, disability, vision, etc.

Paid vacation, holidays, flex work schedule, paid sick days and performance bonuses are the best.
AIP like annual salary increase is the worst. You will be consider lucky if you get 3% increase in salary.
Medical Insurance is not good any more, it used to be 100% covered few years back now hey cover only 80% with annual 1000 for family deduct-able in network. Cost per is also gone up for family coverage.
