Great health insurance, 75% match on 401K up to 6%, 4.5%-10% Pension plan 100% vested after 3 years, 15 days PTO along with 9 holidays and 4 end-of-year shut down days off, Target bonus of 8%

  • Oct 3, 2014

    bonuses are very poor here

  • Sep 27, 2014
    Current Employee in Elkton, Virginia

Benefits package includes above average vacation (start at 3 weeks) and great perks, as one would expect with a large company (>80000 employees). Health insurance coverage has declined with increased out of pocket expenses over the past few years, but that is likely an industry trend.
