Former Frame Shop Manager in Largo, Florida

Health Insurance, vacation, personal day, decent 401K. Working through the holidays is the worst.

Current Operations Manager in Stoneham, Massachusetts

Neutral insurance. Has good eye and dental.

  • Sep 7, 2014
Current Frame Shop Manager in Burlington, Washington State

They continue to reduce the quality of the benefits. Last year for doing biometric screening, we got $100, this year it was $50. This year they reduced the amount of life insurance they offer free with medical insurance from $50,000 to $25000

    Current Cashier in Atlanta, Georgia

From day one as a part time employee you qualify for benefits.

  • Sep 2, 2014
Current Customer Experience Manager in Birmingham, Alabama

The 30% off everything including sale items is really wonderful. I have not used any of the other benefits, but I know they offer health insurance options to part-time associates, which is pretty awesome.

Former Legal Assistant/Executive Assistant in Irving, Texas

Healthcare benefits were not great. Cost to employee higher than other places.

  • Aug 30, 2014
    Current Cashier in Newington, Connecticut

Part-time employment = No benefits; other than nice employ discount

  • Aug 14, 2014
    Current Stockman in Alexandria, Virginia

I use them to buy and create art for myself and friends. Clients were impressed on the things I would present! The worst was not knowing of the great benefits we had!

  • Aug 24, 2014
    Current Cashier/Sales in Humble, Texas

Unclear benefits and website never works

  • Jul 31, 2014
Former Replenishment Associate in Cupertino, California

They are only open to full time employees, which only managers are.
