Overall a solid benefits package. Good health insurance options. For those working in the NYC headquarters, an on-site doctor and health clinic are available. Standard vacation package is 4 weeks, plus all bank holidays. Also great discounts available at popular retailers.

Morgan Stanley's health insurance plan is not very good. It is expensive and it has high deductible each year.

Current Vice President in New York, New York State

Health insurance so-so (40% copay out of network) & only up to 4% 401k matching -- other financial firms are more generous.

Vacation time, if you can afford to take it, and maternity leave were by far the best benefits. Medical and dental coverage were more than acceptable as well.
