The benefits package is both robust. Health plan is one of the best you are going to find. Back up child care is available. Maternity leave is 16 weeks at full pay. Flex time is available for most corporate roles, but not all. 401k contributions match in company stock at 4%

Time-off, Work from home, Tuition reimbursement benefits are eye-wash. Because these are all at "Manager's discretion. It just means, you are not going to get it that easily. So don't fall for these benefits trap. Health benefit is not that good considering how well reputed this employer is, on the street.

Lot of great technologies, but it's unnecessarily complicated (to the level that you wouldn't see anywhere else), but perhaps it is because the technologists are doing it to keep their job secured.

Work environment feels like graveyard. Also, depending on your manager your experience might get worse. At-least that team I was in, the guy didn't know what he wanted. Things kept changing every day, and gotten worse to a level it started to change every 2-3 hours. Talk about Agile, this is abuse of Agile. :)

There was no formal training given in financial domain.
