    Excellent 401k with company match, multiple choices for health insurance with company paying significant portion of employees cost.

    Not as promised. Very low compared to the 90s or early 2000s. One fourth to the original promised. Market is the excuse all the time.

    You get a 401K package and all dental. Also you get free access to parking which is nice.

    The benefits package is both robust. Health plan is one of the best you are going to find. Back up child care is available. Maternity leave is 16 weeks at full pay. Flex time is available for most corporate roles, but not all. 401k contributions match in company stock at 4%

    -Discretionary bonus is non-existent (good thing i negotiated for a higher salary when I first started)
