Great healthcare, gym, and company discounts. At the office perks are lacking, i.e. no free coffee meals etc.

    Great benefits. 4 Weeks vacation!

Great health insurance and amazing 401k plan.

Full health care, 6% matching on 401(k) - but it doesn't vest until you have stayed for 3 years

Flexibility in work arrangements for full time employees

    They offer very good benefits

It's what you would expect from the largest financial institution on the planet. It's good, not cheap, but fair.

Top tier benefits across the board. 401k match and supplemental contribution for lower salaried employees.

Health insurance was standard, through United, but had a big deductible which was not great. Although you could cover it with a flex spending account. Free (or discounted) access to most museums in NY is fantastic. Great new, equinox-like gym with cheap membership at Times Sq HQ.

Great 401k and you can ask anyone in the office for advice for allocation. First year is 7 sick days, 3 personal days, and 10 vacation days all paid. No unpaid-time off which can stink. Vacation days are at discretion of the advisor so you have to get approval first.
