Good overall benefits package but the the best perk is the 6-week sabbatical that full-time employees receive every 4 years. This is in addition to your 3+ week vacation.

    - 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years
    - no vacation policy (you take off as many days as you need)
    - casual, work environment/no dress policy

The overall benefits package at Morningstar is fabulous. The health benefits are very good and inexpensive. Morningstar offers a 401k match of $0.75 for every dollar contributed, and they offer $100 towards your Flexible Spending Account each year. The vacation policy, or lack thereof, is awesome. And the work/life balance is the best I've ever experienced. I wish the salary was a little closer to the industry standard, but we have a lot of other benefits that make up for it.

The best thing about Morningstar's benefits package is its 401k match.

6-week paid sabbatical every four years, great insurance (BCBS PPO), no vacation or sick day limit, work from home option as needed

The best thing about the benefit package is the paid sabbatical leave
