    Good healthcare package with dental and vision. Decent ancillary benefits including 401(k) matching, paid vacation, TransitChek, life insurance.

    Mofo used to have exceptional benefits, where the firm covered 100% of employees', and 75% of family members' medical coverage, had Birthday holiday, community service day, and 2 Flex Days, on top of generous (in law firm standard) PTO (Paid Time Off, combined vacation and sick days).

    the las couple years saw employee share of the medical premium go up (15% or so a year), and flex days gone.

    that said, benefits still not bad, just changing from Awesome to matching industry norm.

    80% of the time, the Firm contribute to employees' retirement plan (5% or so of the employees' annual salary), although this, as well as bonuses are not paid out until June the next year, which leaves a bit bad taste…..

    the benefits get worse every year - higher deductibles, more hoops to jump through for coverage and less doctors to choose from
