Motley Fool Benefits

The thing is we are pretty awesome and humble. We are all about loving our jobs, helping people invest, and doing things our way.  We get a lot of recognition for having a great culture. People tend to join the Fool for life. Like any great company, our culture starts with the Gardner brothers, who are two of the best people you will meet in life.

The benefits are fantastic -- generous 401k match, FSA, great health insurance, free food, exercise classes, you name it. The best benefit, though, is being around smart and motivated people who are passionate about the company's mission to help the world invest better.

The best benefit is that the company is truly looking out for your well-being, so each benefit is thoughtfully considered and generous.

The benefit package is a reflection of the corporate culture - work hard so you can play hard. Unlimited vacation, great health insurance coverage, generous 401k match, awesome family leave - both maternity and paternity, flexible schedules, free healthy food fridge... the benefits are just awesome.

Company perks are so good it's almost crazy to believe. The best thing about our benefits would have to be the unlimited vacation policy.

Unlimited time off, as long as you are getting your work done. Not unheard of to tell manager "I'm gonna be out the next 2 weeks".

Book purchases. Submit what you want to list, be it paperback, hardcover, electronic, or audio. If it's related to your work, there is no limit. If it's personal, request is to keep it under $40.

Last Friday of the month is "Pizza Day" where 50-60 various pies are brought in from different restaurants in the area.

First Friday of the month is "Cake Day" where 10-12 various cakes are brought in from area shops as a way to celebrate everyone's birthday for that month.

    Paternity leave.

I don't always know the specific details as to why some of the medical benefits here are excellent. But I do know that I continue to raise eyebrows when I share them with others. I was checking out at the front desk after a dentist appointment for example when the receptionist commented on how good my coverage was. She asked where I worked, which then prompted the people behind me in line to ask as well. I also recently started a physical training program that was 100% covered, which surprised my wife and made her wish she worked here as well.

The best benefits one could ask. Health coverage for as low as $4 per month, 401k matches, book buying benefit, on site gym and encouragement to use it along with in house wellness facilitator, foolish fitness, unlimited vacation, endless team building events and activities, so much more...

My favorite benefit that the Motley Fool offers is the unlimited time off! It makes me feel like they trust me and respect my own judgement,
