    Great vacation plan, on-site gym, cafeteria. Flex hours option also available. Was a Great place to work.

    best of Motorola's benefit is the health care insurab=nce. the company will contribute $1200 every year to your HSA, The other is the vacation time. as soon as you join, you will have 23 days of vacation/sick days.
    I can't think any benefits being bad comparing to other employers.

    401k matching, PTO , insurance and all are nice. Though, bonus is usually below industry standard.

    Benefits were excellent. Health insurance was good with many choices. Pension also offered (now discontinued). Vacation took some time to earn, but reasonably generous.

    Best thing is that you have a lot choices regarding medical/dental and vision.Their plans were not that cheap though.
