Health insurance offering focus on a high deductible plan. Not cost effective for associates.

The worst thing is that the company no longer offers PPO or HMO Med coverage. The best thing is that they offer a wide range of benefits.

To get a discount on medical benefits you have to get blood work

  • Nov 30, 2014
    Current consultant in Columbus, Ohio

Best thing: decent packages, not very bad , each for one to live happily in columbus
Worst thing: Very slow growth rate, dissappointing work, same thing everyday

There are no traditional benefits. Every holiday off, great boss but no health, dental, 401k etc.
