    Fantastic options for Health Insurance, premiums are not too expensive. Also, a pension plan is in place which you do not get with every employer. 401k match is up to 4%.

    Nestle offers better than average benefits. It is one of the few companies that still offers a pension program to employees. All standard benefits are included with employment (i.e. 401K, medical, dental, vision, etc.).
