    Many benefits don't change year to year. Those that do change generally seem to decrease in value to the employee.

    Nestle offers a nice benefit package to its employees. The pension plan is an added plus. Provide a good amount of options for every employees particular situation.

    All of the benefits across the board are bottom of the barrel subpar. Even had a dentist chuckle at the terrible package options that are available. Keeping funds in their 401k will not grow your funds, better to find a better plan on your own, draw out from the 401k to get the match and invest in better options were the funds will grow at a better rate than anything Nestle offers
