    One of few places you will find that offer 401k matching, pensions, 6 weeks of paternity leave, and flexible career paths, including externships and LOAs.

    Pretty standard package; slightly lower than what MBB companies pay;

    Good overall benefits. Competitive vacation, personal day and sick datys for management consulting. Probably because Oliver Wyman is owned by Marsh McLennan there are a lot of different insurance benefit options. For a management consulting firm, you have to pay for a considerable chunk of health insurance benefits out of pocket (main reason I would not give five stars), although most consultants are young and healthy and there are multiple high deductible options to choose from. Paternity leave is six weeks (!), which is great, and additional options like leave of absence mean that the benefits are broad as well as good. Also some great benefits like 401k matching and even a pension, but I view that as more directly a part of compensation

    Benefits package feels standard, though for a time they allowed extended leaves for nonprofit work

    good vacation, education/training, very good insurance options besides the basics med, dental, vision also has some more creative offerings like legal, id theft, pet, etc; pension; 401k, stock purchase program; corp discounts

    best thing = stock purchase program (MMC)
    worst thing = poor 401k matching

    Six weeks paid time off for paternity leave.

    The pension plan which is rare these days.

    TRIP pre-tax commuter program - probably standard but I derive the most utility from this
