    Oracle partners with Fidelity for their 401k plans and the online interface as well as personal support from both Oracle and Fidelity has been outstanding in my experience.

    The good : Good selection of very low cost Vanguard Index fund, institutional shares Brokerage window 3% match (50% of first 6% contribution) The bad : 4 year vesting - many companies this size are fully vested on day 1 (Cisco, Google) Match is slightly less than other companies of this size . 4 or 4.5% match is more typical, some go higher Emerging market fund is managed and with high expense ratio After-tax 401k contributions (not Roth) are not allowed . These are helpful to allow more after-tax investments- up to $51k a year
