Former Shift Lead in Sacramento, California

They offer excellent insurance, 401K, sick and vacation packages. They are struggling to grow and be able to offer what the "big boy" companies offer but have not reached that goal yet. There benefits package did make it worth putting up with the high level of arrogance and pompous attitudes. Like a majority of companies they can always improve their benefits and I believe they are proactive in this area.

Discount on coffee/tea, health benefits don't start unless you consistently have 21 hours a week, but 21 hours is not always guaranteed

Decent benefits package. Fairly standard. Nothing stands out.

As an associate, you can occasionally get a retirement fund going at various banking institutions. I've had it for close to a year and nothing's changed in it. You also get paid sick leave exactly 1 year into employment - opposed to just being fired if you need it earlier than that.

Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME! benefits for both full-time and part-time employees.

Best: Good coverage; Worst: You have to wait over 3 months for it to kick in. Over three months no insurance was nerve racking.
