One amazing thing about the Pitney Bowes benefit package is the 100% matching contribution to your retirement program. In addition, the health benefits program has incentives to help you stay as healthy as possible which, of course, is a win-win situation.

The 401k plan is very good at Pitney Bowes and they have many more very good benefits to choose from.

401K is good. Employer contribution is up to 4% match.

I felt the benefit package was okay. I am a little young so I was not too concerned with that portion.

Time off earned was fair, medical cost were shared by employer, declining assistance over time, stock options very limited

The benefits are first class at PB. You have multiple options to choose from on the medical coverage. There is also dental insurance as an optional coverage, two plans to choose from. In addition the employer contributes a dollar amount/credit towards the cost of your benefits. Overall, the benefits are as good, most likely better than other companies.

Health and Dental options are pretty good. Vision packages seem lacking, but overall a good value for what they offer.
