    401k match, health insurance is reasonable but not stellar, tuition assistance, good amount of paid holidays, flex working schedule for most positions or allowed to work from home, perks & employee discount.

    The benefits are expensive for this size company. Employees pay about $200 per 2 week pay period for all of the benefits.

    They do have 80/20 health insurance, 401k, AD&D, Short Term Disability, employee support plans (i.e. prepaid legal, corporate discount programs) dental, and life insurance. It is good insurance and their are lots of options. They use ADP to administer their benefits, and the online access and support thru ADP is good. They also have an on-site benefits administrator to help with employee questions and work with the ADP vendor.
