Pro: Health Insurance is well priced because of younger healthy workforce. Sick leave and annual leave are all lumped together in a ETB (Earned Time Benefit) account.

Gainshare was great but it comes with a price of late working hours and overload of claims

You money back every time you renew your auto policy. Otherwise, usual discounts.

Comprehensive benefits package that starts much sooner than most companies.

The benefits package is OK but I know there are other similar companies that offer much more.
