Current Employee in San Francisco, California

Numerous social gatherings, reasonable medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) options, discounts

  • Aug 20, 2014
Former Senior Manager in Tampa, Florida

Standard health insurance. you get points for Travel. If there is a soft close, you get 1-2 weeks off free. People with 5+ years have 30 days off in a year.

Former Employee in Los Angeles, California

20 Vacation Days (basically a Month) and Lot more benefits when you have dependents. Vacation days roll over :)

  • Aug 18, 2014
Current DIrector in San Francisco, California

Good vacation policy (20-30 days based on tenure), full compliment of medical/dental/vision benefits, paid parental leave, back-up care for kids/elderly/pets, travel perks. New benefit programs have been rolled out over the last year.

Current Technology Consultant in McLean, Virginia

Vacation time and holiday are excellent and competitive. The 401(k) match program however is sub-par.

  • Aug 21, 2014
Current Senior Consultant II in Chicago, Illinois

Best: 20-25 vacation days, work from home occasionally
Worst: 401K does not match until end of year

  • Aug 6, 2014
Current Senior Manager in Dallas, Texas

Excellent time off policies; very flexible about where and when you work (assuming you get your client work done!); generous 401(k) match for most levels; great new childcare benefits; decent health insurance (as health insurance goes these days)

    Current Employee in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    Health Benefits - Limited Options
401(k) - Employer match is not until the end of the year. This means that the employee misses out on accumulating returns during the year
    No Flexible Spending Account
No Employee Stock Options - I really would like to have options to invest in the company I work for.
