Employee Comments

Current Certified Nursing Assistant in Washington, Georgia

The worst thing I can tell you is that the medical is to expensive for an employee and their spouse or family. But the dental is very good.

  • Feb 21, 2015
Current Financial Counselor in Augusta, Georgia

Benefits aren't exactly the best in comparison to former employers.

  • Dec 20, 2014
    Former Employee in Atlanta, Georgia

    Too Expensive. i hated it.

  • Dec 18, 2014
Former Corporate Worker in Norcross, Georgia

401-K. Vested after 5 years. If you leave before 5 years of employment (voluntarily or involuntary, you can not rollover or withdraw your funds. Awful, awful plan.

  • Oct 5, 2014
    Former maintenance in Savannah, Georgia

It's ok but could be a lot better

  • Oct 29, 2014
Current Hospice Nurse in Atlanta, Georgia

Health insurance is a joke, you pay on it every check (every 2 weeks), and if you get sick they cancel it because it is based on the hours worked. If you are not working then you do not meet the hour requirements needed to keep it in force. So, do not get sick.

The healthcare option that pruitthealth has is expensive and minimal coverage

  • Aug 6, 2014
    Current Employee in Augusta, Georgia

Health insurance premiums are excessive, 401K is great however once you terminate you have to wait 3 years before you can get your money back that you paid in. Short Term Disability claim processing is a complete terror. They try not to pay your claims. It's very annoying when you are out sick and have to deal with SunLife! Pruitt cancelled our free 10,0000 term life insurance plans! Only 1 paid holiday, PTO accrual rate is minimal and the calculations are constantly wrong. You have to keep a close watch on your PTO TIME. No incentives or bonuses for making budget for staff, only to ADMINISTRATOR, DHS and ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR. Not fair. Benefits are 1 thumb down heading to 2 thumbs down because the premiums will probably increase again come open enrollment!

Nothing- they are cheapskates. PTO is the lowest I've ever seen
