    I didn't stay long enough to receive any benefits (I was only there for 4 months) but the benefits were great. the best one for me at the time would have been the college reimbursement and there wasn't any cons.

    they start giving you more insurance the longer you work. First is dental and eye. You can take time off whenever. 29 days consecutive. 401k. Hotel, theme park discounts. Bonuses every 3 months. Phone bill discounts. and more

    Health insurance is a given. Blue Cross Blue Shield is pretty good, and accepted at many places where Publix is located. Part timers are eligible for health insurance after working 1000 hours (about a year). We get quarterly bonuses, a base .25 cent raise and other bonuses for part timers, such as stock ownership.
