Only allowed a max of 10 vacation days per year, you had to work at least 5 years to gain another week. Scheduling time off was kind of difficult. Health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plan and yearly bonuses were good.

The best thing about Publix is that it is Employee owned and They have a very nice stock share plan. Only thing i dont like is that you have to wait a year to buy stock on your own.
