Employee Comments

Current Employee in Seattle, Washington State

Generous PTO, professional development, ESP, 401k, and standard medical, dental, vision.

    Current Consultant in Stamford, Connecticut

The 401(k) plan match is under par with other employers (25% of the first 6% of salary contributed). Also, it is paid quarterly (with no end of year true-up) thereby dis-incenting employees from maxing out early in the year (which some employees may choose since may not be assigned to projects all year - only paid when working).

Good benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). A little stingy with paid holidays (minimum holidays for sure). OK with vacation days (PTO), although hard to ever accrue more (its based on title/level vs. how long you've been employed there).

Very risking and not good for those starting out at $0 in future set-aside/investements as RGP does not provide 401k or a pension plan for their employees. The only thing offered is an employee stock purchase plan. Perhaps they save a lot on plan management fees but that is a big minus in the overall benefits package. Too bad if potential employees do not realize what kind of consideration they should give to that in the overall job offer.

Former Consultant in New York, New York State

Good benefit package with opportunity to earn perks for length of hours, such as free travel awards, medical/dental packages good and vacation earned based n hours worked.

  • Aug 11, 2014
Current Consultant in Parsippany, New Jersey

No change in compensation in 5 to 6 years and no reviews of performance. More like a temp agency.
