    Insurance and benefits are very expensive. However the 401k does match at 3%.

    It is not offered to part-time employees who work 39 hours, as opposed to those working 40 and get full benefits. They are however very open about what they offer. Time off is really stingy and they are very reluctant to give it to you.

    The medical package at Reynolds and Reynolds can best be described as "leaves much to be desired". It's over priced and under featured.

    Ability to accrue rewards programs through travel expenses is the best part. Lack of extensive opportunities for time-off is the worst part.

    Vacation time is the only good perk with this company and that is after several years is it worth it. Medical sucks I had to come up with 6K before the insurance even kicked in like anyone can even afford it but if you do not take it Uncle Sam will penalize you so dammed if you do and dammed if you don't
