    High deductible only health insurance. It's good only if you don't use it. 401k is matched up to 6% which is ok. Vision and dental offered as well.

    Reynolds and Reynolds is two-headed when it comes to benefits. If you're just starting out, they are abysmal. However, Reynolds and Reynolds has some of the absolute best benefits out there, if you have been at the company for 20+ years that is.

    The medical package at Reynolds and Reynolds can best be described as "leaves much to be desired". It's over priced and under featured.
