The perks at Riot are great-- constantly free food (including healthy fruits, nuts, and cereal), great rates on benefits, company is progressive on PTO and flexible work hours, and the company is very wired so working remotely is feasible.
The company could do better in terms of offering more support for day care.

Base salary can be pretty weak if you're not an engineer or high level product manager. This is exacerbated by the insane cost of living in Santa Monica.

Unlimited PTO is amazing, and the Riot Play Fund is a great way to play more games.

Benefits are better than the Fortune 500 company I used to work for.

Some company perks: High end work station peripherals, Aeron chairs, free lunch Tuesday, dinner allocations every night. Awesome medical/dental benefits and coverage, annual company trips (including Dominican Republic, S. Korea), company swag, unlimited PTO policy.

401k is really nice! The health plan is great as well.

Strong 401(k) and equity incentive programs help make sure people in the company feel like owners and eliminate "bonus chasing" syndrome where people only make decisions to reach their own personal KPIs that pay out cash bonuses.

    Easy to configure individual needs.

Former Intern in Los Angeles, California

The BEST place I've ever worked at.
    Pros:
People there are really friendly and help each other a lot, I feel like Riot a big family.
We can learn different things and do various projects according to your interests (Game!).
Everyone is pretty humble and eager to knowledge.
    Working environment is very comfortable.
Intern programs provide you a lot of fascinating activities, which are really hard to describe in a few words!

No Cons, for me at least.
