    Employee perks, discounted movie tickets, museum passes, gym membership, etc., health benefits are paid by the university, annual budget for travel/ computer purchase.

    Great health insurance, however, you can't utilize many benefits if you are a grant-paid fellow.

    Best: the housing is subsidized by the university and it is probably 50% less than the market price. For employees with children, there is an on-campus daycare close to the working place.

    Worst: The holiday package can be dependent on the PI's personal decision
