Every employee gets a 20% discount on all merchandise. If you can get a full time position, you will be given an opportunity to opt in to a health plan that takes $25-$50 out of your paychecks, depending on whether you want dental and vision added. If you don't sign up when you get full time, you have to wait until the open enrollment period, which only happens once per year. You will also get paid vacation, and paid holidays.
