    Strong benefits package with lots of options, medical, dental, vision, flex accounts and employee stock purchase program

    The benefits cover a wide range of health benefits. They also subsidize gym membership. As for the retirements packages, they will match 50 cents to the dollar up to 6% of your salary if you opt for the 401. The Employee Stock Purchase Program is also great, as most of the time the benefits of this program are higher than the small yearly bonuses. Also the company is very flexible in the ability for employees to work from home or choose when to come into the office.

    Fun office in Golden office, with monthly company-sponsored activities (baseball game, lunches, etc). Comprehensive health benefits.

    Variety of health plans, though expensive. Vacation for engineers is called FTO and at the discretion of your manager. Some managers will use the FTO as a way to control the employee, rather as a right the employee has to relax and refresh.

    Plenty of medical/insurance/vision choices. I don't see anyone ever complaining about lack of choices or coverage.
