    The insurance is horrible. There is no copay, you have to pay in $2750 before they start paying anything.

    The worst thing that since I was a full-time student and worked part-time I did not qualify for a lot of the benefits. I think they should have some kind of benefits for part-time because a lot of time they cut people hours fro full-time to part-time so they could save money which sucks.

    The WORST thing about Sam's Club and Walmart Inc. Their Benefit packages, Are NOT provided to every employee, The only way you get any benefits like medical, dental, 401k, health care is if your FULLTIME you have to work 1056 hours with no absents, and thats usually around the 6-9 month time period. What most employees don't know about walmart and sams club, they say that they give you full time positions within. With that being said, if you work Part Time ,and have no issues are there and prove you want to be there. After working for 12 weeks, you should be put on as full time, and be able to get those benefits, its just all the paper work that HR does not want nor care to do... You get Full Benefits All of them after your first Year and 2 weeks. And one week Paid Vacation if you dont use your vacation at the end of the year it does not ROLL OVER>.

    There is a good 401k program, as well as the opportunity to invest in stocks and a few more other things, however you must wait 6 months to be eligible for them an d a year for vacation
