Ok, given the reputation the company has, it's pretty decent. So many people claim that there's no benefits, that there's no full time. Not true. Benefits kick in after two years for part timers, but almost nobody sticks around that long. No full time? I'm full time myself. Bennies for full time kick in after a year, and given that I was past that point when I was made full time, they kicked in immediately.

I did not need the benefits package. I heard they were great though. There was not a worst thing about their benefits package.

Company has basic medical and dental offered. Not very good plan most people go outside to have better coverage. They used to have profit sharing but terminated this program was a good way of offering retirement plan for those that have put in the yrs or want to put in the time with the company.

    Not good for temporary workers

The worst thing is the low pay makes any benefits almost beyond reach unless you are living at home or have supplemental income.
