    Former Employee in Houston, Texas

As an intern I wasn't too involved with a lot of the benefits though they were very favorable to full time employees. They offered 401k matching and stock options that were rivaled by few.

Former Summer Research Intern in Boston, Massachusetts

Housing Stipend, 700 monthly for my three month internship; Reimbursement for daily commute by subway.

Great benefits! There is no " worst " thing about their benefits. I was especially impressed with the eye care. You can get two items annually vs bi-annually. Two pairs of glasses (regular or sunglasses) or a pair of glasses & contacts.

Current Firmware Engineer in Houston, Texas

Forced Vacations during end of year, makes it almost impossible for international employee

Health Insurance could be better. On their 401k plan they match up to 6 percent of what you put in. They have a discounted stock purchase plan. They also have fitness reimbursement up to $210. They have a few sick days and 2 personal days. Free lunch on your monthly safety meetings. 15 days of vacation time a year. Schlumberger has a few other benefits, but I covered the main benefits. Overall Schlumberger has a good benefits package.

Current Marketing Communications Manager in Houston, Texas

Health insurance is expensive and coverage is very lousy.

  • Mar 4, 2015
    Current Employee in Broussard, Louisiana

The best thing is the vacation time off

  • Feb 12, 2015
Former Employee in Elk City, Oklahoma

Good benefits package, includes 401k, dental, vision, etc. Pretty much the normal thing theses days.

I am fortunate enough to be still included in the pension plan and retiree medical benefits.
