Excellent benefits in exchange for less than desirable hours/ family time

  • Oct 21, 2014
Current Field Engineer in Bakersfield, California

They generally take good care of you considering you are doing very physuically demanding work and are at risk for your health in large parts of this job.

  • Oct 16, 2014
Current Program Manager in Sugar Land, Texas

25 vacation days a year is about as good as it gets in the US.
The 401(k) investment options include a Self Directed Account, but only employee-contributed funds can be moved into it. Employer match and profit sharing funds must be invested in company plans.

  • Oct 13, 2014
Former Field Engineer in Lafayette, Louisiana

Very thorough package including matching 401k.

  • Oct 21, 2014
    Current Employee in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

The insurance can be expensive when buying for the whole family. For a single person fresh out of college it isn't too bad.

  • Nov 9, 2014
Former General Field Engineer in Houston, Texas

Consistent gets worse. Every year more and more was taken away to control costs
