    These benefits are fairly high-priced, and most people end up taking lower-cost benefits. If America had single-payer insurance for all Americans, this wouldn't take a massive bite out of your paycheck. And Sears, and other companies, should support it.

    Terrible insurance. You would think that a large company with so many employees would be able to offer better prices than $400 a month for 2 people. Cheaper and better through Washington state!

    sears pays some towards your premiums.generally very bad plans as majority of medical procedures and medications are not covered.

    It is ashamed that Sears did not offer a company-paid health insurance program. Unfortunately, if I wanted insurance, I would have had to pay for it myself through their group rate program, but it was too expensive for my budget.
