You have to wait a whole year to start accruing vacation. The insurance is super high for what youre getting.

  • Jan 16, 2015
Former Consultive Sales Associate- Home Improvement in White Oak, Maryland

Would be ok, if you had any opportunity to use it, however, you must demonstrate humble subserviance in order to get that far with Sears.

  • Jan 14, 2015
Current merchandising and consulting associate in Santa Monica, California

You have to be a manager or a supervisor to take advantage of them otherwise whatever meager money you earn would end up going to pay for those things.

  • Jan 24, 2015
Former Cashier in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

There's no optional benefits for part-time employees, not even after being with the company for one year+

  • Jan 23, 2015
Current Employee in Hoffman Estates, Illinois

No 401 match, rarely pay out on bonuses

  • Jan 20, 2015
Former Backroom Associate in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota

There was not a benefit package existing.

  • Jan 14, 2015

If you're part time they work you terrible hours. You get no benefits. Even being full time the benefits aren't worth it.
