Health Insurance through sears is quite high for what it offers. You start out with 2 weeks paid vacation and 4 Personal Days that can be used as sick days but other than that dont expect to get days off including major holidays. I have been with the company for 3 years now and have been at work for each of the major holidays with exception of Christmas 2 times.

Great benefits - many plans to choose from - just very expensive for employees.

There is no current 401K, company match. Great people to work for but no raises have been administered for over five years.

The level of subsidy for higher end (Gold and above) is terribly low so the resulting prices are mind-boggling. I ended up buying through my wife's job. There is no 401k match currently which limits the level of contribution to 2% for highly compensated. ESPP offers stingy 5% discount compared to customary 15%. But the relatively high salaries compensate for this (at least for me).
