    Former Employee in Springfield, Missouri

Select has a great benefit package vs. other hospitals in the market. The goal is to get the best talent in a the market by having the richest benefits.

  • Nov 8, 2014
Former Employee in West Orange, New Jersey

The benefits were not great, one of the main reasons why I left.

Former Registered Nurse in Columbus, Ohio

Best thing - decent benefits - good 401 K and matching
Worst thing...healthcare is expensive...Obamacare would almost be better; 90 days till it kicks in. Good luck with that.
