    At cost cemetery and funeral plans, 401 K, paid sick time off, two weeks paid vacation and eight holiday's

    For our industry the benefits are very comprehensive, cover many more areas than competitors, and are reasonably priced. The 401k matching is terrific, especially once you get to the 10 year of tenure point. Also, for entry level employees the company offers a reduced health insurance cost for lower income levels (at least right now). A lot of little discount perks too, even more if you work in Houston, TX.

    Great benefits. An excellent health plan and 401k with matching contributions from the company. Lots of bonuses, fun contests and cool give-aways like iPads, TVs, laptops, etc. for excellent sales performance.

    Vacation and sick time were supposedly mandatory, but no time to take due to job responsibilities. Told on Nov 30th no vacations could be taken in December. But any vacation time accrued for year would be forfeited if not used by the end of year. WTF!
