    401k could be better, but the flexibility of hours and/or schedule the company allows is very attractive. Helps greatly with work/life balance, especially with children. They also cover almost all the premium for employee health insurance.

    Healthcare was terrible after they moved from Blue Cross to United Health. PTO rates are good.

    Poorly managed, poorly communicated, cut-rate coverage. For a company this size, making as much money as they have been, the benefits should be much better.
    Company makes a point of telling everyone how much they are doing for us, but its a joke - anyone who has worked at a halfway decent company considers the benefits laughable.

    Overall, very good on the medical side. Vision and Dental is rather weak.
