Current Unit marketing coordinator in Niagara University, New York State

They have a great package especially for new hires. You receive 3 weeks vacation time, 8 sick days, 8 paid holidays and 3 personal days.

  • Apr 9, 2015
    Former Employee in Chicago, Illinois

Health insurance was pricey, but the PTO was good, if you had a chance to use it.

  • Apr 3, 2015
    Current Employee in Westfield, Indiana

Insurance is expensive for a family but considering the climate of the industry it is comparable to others.

Former Cook in Washington, District of Columbia

There is none. they may have it for some full time management and Supervisors, but none for their regular workers. And IF you do accumulate enough hours to receive benefits, they will cut your hours.

Current Unit Manager in Washington, District of Columbia

Because Sodexo is so large, they offer a lot of insurance options. You can pick from all the major insurance companies which is great. Vacation is 3 weeks to start for managers which is great but believe me, you deserve 3 weeks for all the hours you will work.

Current Manager 2 in Saint Paul, Minnesota

    3 week vacation first year

  • Feb 10, 2015

  • Feb 1, 2015
    Former Employee in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Amazing benefits but pay is far to little. The time off on weekends is the best part of the job, i would recomend it to every chef

  • Jan 11, 2015
    Former Employee in Norfolk, Virginia

Company is very large and offers good benefits, cost could get high as you add options. Wife's work benifits were 67% less.

  • Jan 13, 2015
    Current Bartender in Austin, Texas

401k for part-time workers and employer matching
