Current Unit marketing coordinator in Niagara University, New York State

They have a great package especially for new hires. You receive 3 weeks vacation time, 8 sick days, 8 paid holidays and 3 personal days.

Current Unit Manager in Washington, District of Columbia

Because Sodexo is so large, they offer a lot of insurance options. You can pick from all the major insurance companies which is great. Vacation is 3 weeks to start for managers which is great but believe me, you deserve 3 weeks for all the hours you will work.

    3 week vacation first year

  • Feb 10, 2015

    Former Employee in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Amazing benefits but pay is far to little. The time off on weekends is the best part of the job, i would recomend it to every chef

  • Jan 11, 2015
    Former Employee in Norfolk, Virginia

Company is very large and offers good benefits, cost could get high as you add options. Wife's work benifits were 67% less.

  • Jan 7, 2015
    Former Employee in Brockton, Massachusetts

    Health insurance options were limited.

  • Jan 13, 2015
    Current Bartender in Austin, Texas

401k for part-time workers and employer matching

  • Jan 1, 2015
Current Employee in Saint Leo, Florida

    Best = Benefits
Worst = Cost of the benefits

  • Jan 1, 2015
    Current Employee in Allentown, Pennsylvania

No real company perks, maybe some swag at trainings. 401k is ok... Medical, dental, etc is very expensive. I opted out and am on my wife's health benefits.
